Every shoe has a story to tell about their owner’s life. The more intense a recent experience is, the more pronounced it can be on their shoes. One can grasp another person’s profession, social background, how important it is for them to look presentable and whether they have recently been involved in a catastrophic accident. Of course drawing such conclusions should be done with care, but in the world of art I decided to exploit these observations and tell stories by merely providing the beholder with the shoes. As an artistic choice I opted for stylized approach. The majority of these works has been created digitally, some with the help of 3D tools. Many photographs have been used as references and a few have made it into the final works.
